UI DVC, REGISTRAR, AND PROVOST BECOME FELLOWS OF THE SOCIETY FOR PEACE STUDIES AND PRACTICE

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, University of Ibadan, Professor Peter Olamakinde Olapegba, FNPA, has been inducted into the Fellowship of the Society for Peace Studies and Practice. 

His investiture was held at the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, during the 18th Annual Conference and General Assembly of the Society.

The Registrar of the University, Mr Ganiyu O. Saliu, as well as the Provost of the Postgraduate College, Professor Ayodele S. Ogunjuyigbe were also inducted as Fellows of the Society. 

With their investiture, they are entitled to use the suffix ' fspsp ' after their names.

The Society for Peace Studies and Practice is a body of professionals and intellectuals committed to peace building, peace education, and capacity building of practitioners and researchers for sustainable peace on the African continent.
