Applicants should possess medical qualification registrable with the Medical and Dental Council (MDCN), the Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FMCOG) and the Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS). Published evidence of research and teaching experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology will be an advantage.

In addition, the applicants should:

  • Preferably have had experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
  • Have active interest in research and experience in laboratory investigations of Obstetrics and Gynaecological conditions.
  • Possess postgraduate academic qualification.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Have interest in developing teaching and research skills in IVF/Fertility

    • Successful applicants with adequate clinical experience may be appointed Consultants to the University College Hospital, Ibadan
