VISIT BY THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF WOMEN LAWYERS, FEDERACION INTERNACIONAL De ABOGADAS (FIDA) TO THE VICE-CHANCELLOR, PROFESSOR ABEL IDOWU OLAYINKA IN HIS OFFICE ON THURSDAY, 09 AUGUST, 2018

The University of Ibadan Vice-Chancellor, Professor Abel Idowu Olayinka, FAS, today Thursday, 09 August 2018 received the International Federation of Women Lawyers, Federacion Internacional De Abogados (FIDA) (Oyo State Branch), in his office.

Receiving the women lawyers: Mrs. Folake Ajayi, Chairperson, FIDA; Mrs. Oluwatoyin Idowu, Vice-Chairperson, FIDA; Mrs. Adelayo Oriekun, Chairperson, LOC; Mrs. Deborah O. Collins, Social Secretary; Mrs. Oladoyin O. Fesobi; Mrs. Olufunmi Daramola Abiola; Mrs. Omolara Owoeye; Mrs. Sandra O. Tella; Ms Temitayo Ladipo; Miss Adeola J. Oladimeji; Mrs. Oluwaseun Folajuwon-Banjo and Ms. Wuraoluwa Soibi Ayodele, the VC said the collaboration with the University of Ibadan Women Law Clinic in preparation of the 2018 NEC/FIDA Week will in a long way achieve the objectives of the programme.

Responding, Mrs. Folake Ajayi, the Chairperson, FIDA, who led the association, explained that the visit was to acquaint the Vice-Chancellor of the 2018 NEC/FIDA Week. In furtherance of this, the association credited the University of Ibadan, for its quality of lecturers, whose knowledge is deep and broad.
