Engr. T.A Olaoye graduated from University of Lagos with B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. He has a Master of Science degree in Industrial and production engineering from University of Ibadan. He also has postgraduate diploma in Education from Usmanu Danfodiyo University,Sokoto (NTI).
He joined the service of the University as an Industrial Coordinator in 1998 after working as a project Engineer (Mechanical) in manufacturing engineering firms for five years.
He was the Executive Vice Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government of Oyo State; between 2003- 2007.
He is currently a Principal Industrial Coordinator at industrial training coordinating centre. He is also an associate Lecturer, at the industrial and production engineering department, university of Ibadan.
He was admitted to the Corporate Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers in 2000. He was also admitted to the Membership of Nigerian Institute for Training and Development in 2008. He was elected to the post of Secretary, Nigerian Institute for Training and Development, Ibadan Branch in 2011 and still serving in this capacity till date.
He has attended Conferences, workshops and seminars on management, Engineering, Students’ Industrial Work Experience Scheme and human resources development.
