Applicants for the post of Assistant Lecturer should possess a Master’s degree in the field of Industrial Sociology with specialization in Human Resource Management. Evidence of registration for Ph.D programme in the field with substantial progress on the programme is required. Additional qualification in Industrial and Personnel Relations and membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) will be added advantages. For the post of Lecturer II, applicants should possess Ph.D degree in the same field as for Assistant Lecturer. Additional qualification in Industrial and Personnel Relations and membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) will be added advantages.
