This is to inform all candidates offered provisional admission into the University of Ibadan for the 2025/2026 academic session that the Physical Admission Clearance exercise will run from Monday, 23 March to Friday, 27 March, 2026.

Please note that you are to bring the following documents for the physical clearance:

i. FORM B003 duly filled (available on UI website)

ii. Admission Letter (Institutional Copy) printed in colour

iii. JAMB Result Slip

iv. O/Level Result Slip, A/Level (Cambridge), NCE, OND, HND, First Degree as it applies

v. HND and University Degree Graduates are to present NYSC Certificate or Exemption Certificate

vi. Direct Entry candidates are to present Jamb Acknowledgment Slip

vii. Two (2) Reference Letters from reputable personalities (on letter headed paper)

addressed to the Registrar, University of Ibadan

viii. Birth Certificate

ix. Two (2) passport photographs

x. A File and Tags

Kindly come with the original and photocopies of your documents.

Physical Clearance is of utmost importance. Candidates should ENSURE that they are present at the designated venues on the day scheduled for them. Letters of Certification of Admission will be issued to cleared students during the exercise.
