Esteemed Staff of the University of Ibadan, 

Greetings,

I am fully aware of the fact that January salary is yet to be paid and as a stakeholder I feel your pain. As you may be aware the situation appears general across the country.

I appreciate your understanding and personal sacrifices to the University in this trying period. We are hopeful that the government will do the needful soon enough.
