Tenderers are to note as follows:

(a) All the tenders are not closing on the same day. While lots 4,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 are closing at 12noon on Monday, 24 September, 2012, Lots 1,2,3,5,6,13,14 and 15 are closing at 12noon on Thursday, 25 October, 2012.

(b) Tenders shall be opened on the respective closing dates at 1:00pm in the Senate Chamber of the University.
