1) PROCEDURE

Prospective tenderers are requested to report to the Secretary. Board of Survey. Room 21, Works and Maintenance Department to inspect the items

2) SEALED TENDERS

Should be submitted to the Secretary at the above address from Wednesday, 31 October,

2018 to Wednesday, 7 November, 2018.

3) PAYMENT OF NON-REFUNDABLE FEE

A non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 and N5,000.00 respectively for vehicle and equipment

should be paid to the Grant’s Cashier at the Cash Office. University of Ibadan and original

receipts attached to the tender for verification.

4) INSPECTION

Inspection of the items listed takes place from Wednesday, 31 October, to Wednesday, 7

November, 2018 (9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. 5 days).

5) Successful bidders will be communicated as soon as possible.
