For Position No. 1: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits including English Language plus a degree in the relevant field (with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division) and NYSC discharge/ exemption/exclusion certificate with three (3) years post-qualification experience.

For Position No. 2: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits including English Language plus LL.B/B.L plus three (3) years post-qualification experience.

For Position No. 3: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus HND/Degree in Urban & Regional Planning or a related field registrable with TOPREC with three (3) years post-qualification experience.

For Position No. 4: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus HND/Degree in Computer Science/Informatics or related discipline and professional qualifications, in addition to three (3) years post-qualification experience.

For Position No. 5: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus degree in Accounting or in other relevant discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division and NYSC discharge/exemption/ exclusion certificate.

For Position No. 6: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits English Language and Mathematics plus Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related discipline.

For Position No. 7: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus HND/First Degree in relevant discipline not below lower credit level, plus Associate membership of relevant professional body – MIScT, NIST, NATE, COREN, ABICON (Association of Biomedical Communications of Nigeria), MNIESV, ESVARBON, MLSCN (Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria), Associateship of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of Nigeria and others.

For Position No. 8: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus degree in Accounting or in other relevant discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division and NYSC discharge/ exemption/exclusion certificate.

For Position No. 9: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Degree in Mass Communication, Arts, Journalism and other relevant discipline.

For Position No. 10: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus HND/B.Sc. in Agriculture or related discipline.

For Position No. 11: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credit including English Language and Mathematics plus a Bachelor Degree in Adult Education, Social Work, Sociology, Guidance & Counselling and Psychology with a minimum of Second Class Lower.

For Position No. 12: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus B.Sc./B.Tech. in Engineering, Technology or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of Second Class Lower.

For Position No. 13: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus B.Sc./B.Ed. degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, and Educational Management with a minimum of Second Class Lower.

For Position No. 14: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits pass including English Language and Mathematics plus HND/ Degree in Hotel and Catering Management or Food and Nutrition or Food Science and Technology with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower.

For Position No. 15: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits and HND/Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration or other relevant professional qualifications.

For Position No. 16: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English and Mathematics plus HND/Degree with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower.

For Position No. 17: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics Plus HND/Degree in Accounts, Financial Studies or any other relevant discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower.

For Position No. 18: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus HND/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Business Administration with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower.

For Position No. 19: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus HND in Animal Health or its equivalent with a minimum of Lower Credit and membership of Animal Health and Husbandry (NAAHHT).

For Position No. 20: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus NCE or B.Ed. and registration with TRCN.

For Position No. 21: Candidate must possess MBBS in Medicine registrable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria from a recognized institution and a minimum of ten (10) years post registration experience.

For Position No. 22: Candidate must possess a University Degree in Veterinary Medicine including NYSC Certificate or exemption and evidence of current registration with the Veterinary Council of Nigeria.

For Position No. 23: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus B.Sc. Nursing plus registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and five (5) years post-qualification cognate experience.

For Position No. 24: Candidate must possess B.Sc. in Physiotherapy registrable with the Physiotherapy Board of Nigeria plus three (3) years cognate experience.

For Position No. 25: Candidate must possess Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree or equivalent qualification registrable with the Optometrist and Dispensing Opticians Board of Nigeria plus three (3) years cognate experience.

For Position No. 26: Candidate must possess a degree in Pharmacy with evidence of registration with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria plus at least three (3) years cognate experience.

For Position No. 27: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus a Degree in Environmental Health Science, Health Education or other relevant discipline registrable with recognized regulatory agencies.

For Position No. 28: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus HND in Medical Information Management or its equivalent from a recognized Institution or its equivalent with a minimum of Lower Credit in addition to three (3) years post-qualification experience.

For Position No. 29: Candidate must possess five O' Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics plus HND/B.Sc. in Radiography and with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower in addition to three (3) years cognate experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

For Position No. 1: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits including English Language in WAEC/NECO/GCE, plus OND with a minimum of lower credit, in addition to 3 years post qualification experience and evidence of computer literacy.

For Position No. 2: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits including English Language in WAEC/NECO/GCE, plus OND with a minimum of lower credit, in addition to 3 years post qualification experience and evidence of computer literacy.

For Position No. 3: Candidate must possess five O 'Level Credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE including English Language, plus OND in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or other relevant professional qualification, with 3 years post qualification experience.

For Position No. 4: Candidate must possess at least five O 'Level Credits in WAEC/NECO/ GCE including English Language and evidence of Computer literacy.

For Position No. 5: Candidate must possess at least five O 'Level Credits in WAEC/NECO/ GCE including English Language plus proficiency in computer usage.

For Position No. 6: Candidate must possess at least five O 'Level Credits in WAEC/NECO /GCE including English Language with evidence of medical fitness.

For Position No. 7: Candidate must possess at least five O 'Level Credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE including English Language with evidence of professional training.

For Position No. 8: Candidate must possess at least five O 'Level Credits in WAEC/NECO/ GCE including English Language.
