This is to inform the entire University Community that any student or group of students who need to travel outside the University campus must first obtain clearance from the following University officers before the release of official vehicles and final approval for such trips:

• Dean of Students
• Dean of the Postgraduate School, for Postgraduate Students
• Heads of Departments/Deans of Faculties;
• Directors of Institutes/Specialized Units; and
• Assets and Insurance Officer

This directive again becomes necessary, in view of recent incidents of students’ involvement in auto accidents during trips.
