INVITATION TO BID FOR OBSOLETE COURSE MATERIALS.

INTRODUCTION

The University of Ibadan, the First University in Nigeria established in the year 1948 with a vision to be a world-class institution for academic excellence geared towards meeting societal needs hereby invites interested and reputable Tenderer in respect of Obsolete Course Materials at Distance Learning Centre.

TENDER FEE

A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₦10,000 (Ten thousand naira)) is to be paid to Cash office, University of Ibadan.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS.

.Prospective Bidders shall enclose Four (4Nos.) sets of Financial Bid in a sealed envelope and the outer layer of the sealed envelope shall be clearly marked “INVITATION TO TENDER FOR OBSOLETE COURSE MATERIALS” but not in any way bearing the identity of the bidder. It should be hand-delivered to:

CLOSING DATE

Submission of Bids closes Six (6) weeks from the date advertisement at 12 noon. Any Tender received after this stated date and time will not be considered. Duly submitted Bid shall be opened same day immediately after the skated closing time in the Senate chamber of the University.

Please Note that:

The winner must be ready to evacuate the course materials immediately after payment
The rate quoted should be valid for a minimum period of 2 months.
Bids are based on AS WHERE IS CONDITION.
The contract will be awarded to the successful Bidder whose Bid has been determined to be substantially responsive and has been determined to be the highest evaluated tender, subject to the reserve price.
