2011/2012 ADMISSION CLEARANCE EXERCISE FOR FIRST CHOICE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN OFFERED PROVISIONAL ADMISSION

This is to inform all 1st Choice candidates, who were screened on 29 August 2011, and have been offered provisional admission, that the Admissions Clearance Exercise will commence on Wednesday, 19 and end on Thursday 27 October, 2011.

Successful candidates for the Admissions Clearance Exercise would have paid the N7,500.00 Acceptance Fee into the Admission Processing Fee Account No. – 2018156959, as evidence of the offer of provisional admission. They are hereby requested to bring the underlisted documents to the venues listed below, between the hours of 9.00 am and 2.00 pm daily.

1. Letter of Invitation for the 29 August, 2011 Post-UTME Screening Exercise

2. Admission Acceptance Form (downloaded from the internet)

3. Bank Tellers of the N2,000.00 & N7,500.00 (Admission Processing & Acceptance Fees)

4. 10 Passport Photographs

5. Birth certificate/Sworn affidavit

6. Original O’level Result

7. Original Jamb Notification of Result

8. 2 Reference Letters, from reputable persons (on letter headed paper)

9. A file with 2 tags

10. Downloaded Biodata Form
